OUR FOUR STEP DESIGN PROCESS

(Step 1) Pre-design Consultation - We have you fill out a web site questionnaire (word document) to help you decide on elements of your site, such as mission statement, tag line, theme, type of audience you expect to reach, and types of information to convey. You can also request a quote by email to speed up the process. (For out-of-town clients, consultation may be given via phone or email.)

(Step 2) Pre-design Website Comps - We give you several different design layouts to choose from before the final site design begins. All these layouts are designed from scratch, based on your expectations, giving your company web site it's own unique status. Most web design companies only offer pre-made templates, and throw your company information into them without any thought.

(Step 3) Web Site Development - We start designing your site. We will consult with you throughout the entire design process. Your project will be available for viewing online as it takes shape, to allow you to offer feedback, so we can make any necessary changes to keep you satisfied.

This stage of the process includes:

• Logo Design
• Graphic design & optimization
• Photo Retouching
• Interface Design
• Rollovers and simple animations
• Client consultation throughout development

(Step 4) Final Product Testing - After we finish designing your site, and you are completely satisfied with it, we will thoroughly test it for any errors that may occur. Testing includes browser compatibility, where we test your site with different versions of Netscape and Internet Explorer.

After that, your web site will be ready to go online!

Additional Services we provide

Web Hosting Assistance - Although we do not provide web hosting, we can assist you in finding a hosting service that is right for you. We will do this free of charge.

Search Engine Submits - In order for people to know your web site is out there, you must submit it to search engines, so people can find it. For a small fee, we will submit your site to all major web search engines and directories. Or if you prefer, you can do this yourself.

Web Site Maintenance - Once you have your web site online and running, you have to keep it fresh. For a small monthly fee, we will maintain and keep your site up-to-date with current information and specials. This way your customers will receive correct and timely information.
Even if you already have a site developed from someone else, this service is still available.

E-commerce and online stores - We also offer e-commerce web site designs, which are built on a Pay-pal store platform, providing safe and secure transactions. A shopping cart would aslo be included. Payment would be recieved by credit cards directly through pay-pal and funds could instantly be transferred to a pay-pal business account or individual bank account.

Addition charges will apply for e-commerce sites. (e-commerce sites are sites that allow customers to order products directly online).
